Can I bring my dog?

Well behaved dogs are allowed, but please be aware that some camps may well have sheep very nearby. There is a £15 extra charge per dog.

How do I find you?

We are located in Byford, near Hereford. Exact location information will be provided once booking is made.

Is food provided?

No, food is not provided. However all of our sites have a fridge and adequate cooking facilities.

Guest Access

You will be met at the meeting point and be escorted to your camp. You will then be given a brief tour and then left in peace.

I have to cancel. What is your refund policy?

Cancel up to 7 days before check in and get a full refund. Cancellation within 7 days of your trip is non-refundable. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking.

What should I bring?

Come prepared for an outdoor adventure! In wet weather, the paths to the sites can get muddy, so appropriate footwear is a must.

Late check-in

Late check-in is available at a small fee of £20, please could you call ahead if you’re running late.
